MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
Coverage is applied product-wise from the admin-managed warranty matrix and the verified purchase record.
Eligible manufacturing defects are reviewed under the warranty period assigned to the relevant SKU or ASIN. The warranty start basis may be the verified invoice date, delivery date or registration date according to the product record.
Claims may be submitted for eligible products purchased from SHANYANSH.com, Amazon.in, Flipkart, another authorised marketplace, an authorised dealer or an offline retailer. Original purchase proof, product identification and invoice verification may be required.
The warranty desk may request remote troubleshooting, photographs, label evidence or a short video. A repair or replacement decision is made after eligibility review and, where required, physical inspection at an approved service facility.
An approved case may use reverse pickup, courier self-dispatch or carry-in support. Reverse pickup is not guaranteed for every PIN code and remains subject to claim approval, courier serviceability, product eligibility, exclusions and document verification.
The applicable remedy may be repair or replacement based on product eligibility, inspection findings, part availability and warranty terms. A preferred customer outcome is a request, not an automatic entitlement.
The SHANYANSH.com purchase return policy, marketplace return policy, manufacturer warranty policy and warranty repair/replacement process are separate. Marketplace return windows do not automatically become the manufacturer warranty period.
Claim acknowledgement target: within 24 business hours. Initial review target: within 48 business hours. Reverse-pickup initiation target: within 2 business days after approval. A typical repair or replacement decision target is within 7 working days after receipt and inspection.
These are service targets and not unconditional guarantees. Timelines may vary depending on claim verification, courier serviceability, spare-part availability, product condition and warranty eligibility.
Depending on the case, SHANYANSH may issue a Claim Acknowledgement, Pickup Authorisation, Inspection Report, Repair Report, Replacement Approval, Warranty Resolution Report, Dispatch Document or Closure Report. Legacy certificate terminology is not used.
Customer evidence is processed for claim verification, fraud prevention, logistics and resolution. Logistics information is shared only where required for an approved service mode.
