Product-page, invoice, quotation or marketplace-specific terms may apply where they are more specific and legally valid. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
1. Order verification
Dispatch begins after stock, payment state, customer address and any fraud-prevention checks are complete. A browser success screen alone is not treated as proof of payment; the server-side payment record controls order confirmation.
2. Processing time
Standard orders are generally prepared after verification within the operational estimate shown during checkout or in the order record. Bulk, pre-order, customised, OEM or private-label orders follow the written commercial schedule.
3. Service area
Orders are accepted only for serviceable destinations. Courier availability, PIN code, shipment dimensions, restricted areas and remote-location conditions may affect the available method and charge.
4. Shipping charges
Applicable shipping charges, free-shipping thresholds or commercial freight terms are displayed during checkout or stated in the quotation. Charges may change if the address, weight or shipping method changes before dispatch.
5. Delivery estimates
Delivery estimates are not unconditional guarantees. Courier operations, weather, public restrictions, address problems, remote-area movement or other events outside reasonable control may cause delay.
6. Tracking
When available, courier and AWB details are linked to the customer order record and communication channel. Use the official tracking page and the courier named in the dispatch update.
7. Address correction
Contact support immediately if the address is incorrect. An address cannot always be changed after courier handover, and rerouting or return-to-origin charges may apply.
8. Transit damage or incorrect shipment
Report visible damage, tampering, missing items or incorrect products promptly with the order number, outer packaging images, shipping label and an unboxing video where available. Keep all packaging until the review is complete.
9. Failed delivery and return to origin
If delivery fails because of an unreachable customer, incorrect address, refusal or repeated unsuccessful attempts, the order may return to origin. Re-dispatch, cancellation or refund is decided after the shipment and payment records are reviewed.
