Customers must provide accurate billing information. Invoice, credit-note, refund and warranty records are generated from the final verified order data and applicable tax configuration.

Business buyers confirm that they hold necessary rights for submitted names, marks, artwork and packaging. Specification, MOQ, price, sample approval, lead time, payment and cancellation terms must be confirmed in writing.
7. Returns and warranty
Website returns, marketplace returns and manufacturer warranty are separate. The relevant product, order, marketplace and warranty terms determine the available process.
8. Intellectual property
The SHANYANSH name, logo, site design, product content and company materials may not be copied, altered, resold or used to imply affiliation without written permission.

Users may not submit false information, abuse payment or return systems, interfere with security, scrape protected data, upload malicious content or infringe another party’s rights.

Payment, courier, marketplace, map, WhatsApp and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and availability.
